How do I apply for Ctrack SECURE?

Here are four steps to have your vehicle registered and your vehicle equipped with Ctrack SECURE.

  1. Complete the Application Form

  2. You will be contacted by one of our Customer Service representatives

  3. A Ctrack technician will perform the installation of your Ctrack SECURE in your vehicle and explain you how to poll your vehicle from your mobile phone

  4. The Ctrack Control Center will activate your Ctrack SECURE for immediate use! You will receive your access information for your Ctrack SECURE Web Application by E-mail

The Ctrack Support Center will be glad to assist you how to install your Ctrack SECURE software on your notebook or PC. You will need a home or mobile internet connection.
