Ctrack SECURE is a vehicle tracking system fitted in your vehicle which helps track it via GPS. Read the following Safety and Security procedures as adopted by Ctrack Indonesia, the knowledge of which is very important. These procedures should be strictly adhered to, so that your safety and security is ensured at all times.

 

1) Implementation Application Form

Be sure that the data provided by you on the Implementation Application Form, which paper form will be send to you, is correct and updated.

 

2) Nogo Areas

Ctrack Control Center has created a Preferred Movement Area around DKI, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan and Bali, ensuring that your vehicles are not taken out of these areas without your knowledge and approval. Please ensure to contact our Ctrack Support Center if you are heading beyond any of the Preferred Movement Areas to avoid unnecessary alarms and inconvenience.

 

3) Theft of your Vehicle

In case of the vehicle being snatched, you, your family, friends or employees should quickly get out of the vehicle and not resist or make any unwarranted move. You must immediately inform Ctrack Support Center at (021) 58356114 or other emergency numbers provided to you in case the vehicle is snatched or stolen.

 

4) Duplicate Keys

You are advised to keep a duplicate key of the vehicles at your home, so that the same can be easily obtained at the time of recovery of the snatched vehicle at any time of the day or night. Otherwise, you may have to go through the inconvenience of a long wait while a duplicate key is made and also bear its cost.

 

5) Battery Tamper

A battery tamper alarm is very serious and should be given due importance. Whenever the vehicle battery is disconnected or removed we receive a battery tamper alarm. The same alarm appears in case the system installed in the vehicle is being tampered with. We take this alarm to mean that someone is tampering with the system and inform the Ctrack Emergency Response Team to immediately rush and retrieve the vehicle. Thus to avoid any false alarms, it is essential that you inform Ctrack Support Center whenever your car is sent to the workshop etc, so that they are pre-informed and respond accordingly.

 

6) Advice

Store the number of the Ctrack Support Center as speed dial in your mobile phone to avoid unnecessary delays.
