By just sending an SMS to your Ctrack SECURE vehicle unit, you can ensure that you are immediately alerted if your vehicle has been moved while you are in the shopping mall or have a meeting, even when the ignition is off. You can terminate Watch Mode by just sending another SMS.

Can I track my Vehicle from my Notebook or PC?

Ctrack SECURE comes with software that you can install on your notebook or PC. Using an internet connection, you can view the current location of your vehicle on a map zoomed right down to street level. Replay your vehicle’s last positions, get detailed trip reports, and information such as maximum speed.

C-track Secure allows you to create a Preferred Movement Area. Should your vehicle move out of your pre-defined area, a warning message will be sent to yourself and the Ctrack Support Center for immediate response.

Can anyone other than me have access to my Ctrack system?

Only those are allowed who have been registered as an authorized, secondary or third user are able to access the Ctrack.

What should I do when I sell my Vehicle?

A new application form needs to be filled out to register the new owner. You may require the Ctrack vehicle unit to be removed and transferred to another vehicle. The standard cost of removing and re-installing the Ctrack into another vehicle will be applicable. Transfer of Ctrack to another vehicle owner is free of charge.
