Get Directions You get lost? Call Ctrack Support Center and we will explain you where you are and guide you in the direction of your destination.
	24h Emergency Or Panic Assistance Send a SMS message from your mobile phone for 24h emergency or panic assistance. Or use the Remote Panic Button (optional) when panic remote is pressed in the vicinity of your vehicle.			Free Nationwide Recovery In the event of a theft, Ctrack will cover the cost of the Ctrack Emergency Response Team. Ctrack Support Center is able to immobilise your vehicle remotely and safely in the event of theft or a hijacking.
	Activate Watch Mode By just sending an SMS to your Ctrack SECURE vehicle unit, you can ensure that you are immediately alerted if your vehicle has been moved while you are in the shopping mall or have a meeting, even when the ignition is off. In case you park in an unsafe area, send an SMS to your unit, to activate Activate Watch Mode.			Driver Alert Want to know when your driver or family starts driving? Use the Activate Watch Mode.
	Daily Health Check C-track Indonesia Control Room is notified daily on the functional health of your C-track SECURE vehicle unit and will let you know if your system is not working.			Battery Tamper Warning If the power to your Ctrack SECURE vehicle unit is tampered, Ctrack Support Center will notify you via SMS, alerting you to a potential incident or theft.
	Ctrack SECURE Web Application Ctrack SECURE comes with software that you can install on your notebook or PC. Using an internet connection, you can view the current location of your vehicle on a map zoomed right down to street level. Replay your vehicle’s last positions, get detailed trip reports, and information such as maximum speed.			Proactive Area Management or Geofencing Ctrack SECURE allows you to create a Preferred Movement Area. Should your vehicle move out of your pre-defined area, a warning message will be sent to yourself and the Ctrack Support Center for immediate response.
